Through our health services and insurance plans we are pioneering a bold new approach to total health.The Senior Manager Digital Operations will include the following key responsibilities: Accountable for end-to-end execution of behavior change marketing campaigns in an agile / test & learn environment, with the goal to create and determine the best campaign strategy (e.g., content, framing, design, incentives) to influence cohorts defined by an advanced analytics team Collaborate and partner with a cross-functional, matrixed team that includes a design team, content writer, implementation specialist, data scientists, data engineers, marketing strategists, clinical team, legal team, and business stakeholders. Guide the creative and copy for each of the campaigns through well thought out creative briefs, ensuring it utilizes proven behavioral economics for each cohort. Able to work directly with creatives to rapidly modify creative and content while adhering to a defined test strategy Accountable for ensuring accurate and timely implementation of the campaign across a digital channel (web, mobile) which entails working with the business program managers to quality check and launch each campaign, ensure accurate tracking and measures are in place, and re-launch as needed. Additionally, able to partner with marketing peers responsible for other channel promotion (email, SMS, etc.) Partner with Product Management when new web/mobile development is required to build new digital templates and frameworks to be used for campaigns Partner with data scientists, senior management, and business stakeholders to develop marketing and testing strategies for digital marketing communications across targeted audience segments Support the creation of a measurement / tracking plan for each campaign, working with the analytics counterpart, ensuring focus on changing behavior and improved health outcomes / lower medical cost. Share out campaign results with digital leadership and business stakeholders in an easily understandable format, focused on business outcomes. Manage iterations associated with multiple phases of a behavior change campaign while also starting to engage in the test plan creation of another campaign ability to project manage across multiple campaigns Create thought leadership with the MD and our communications team focused on the specific behaviors identified.Required Qualifications5-7 years of experience working within digital products – web and/or mobile apps. 2+ years of marketing experience with proven results leading marketing campaigns. 2+ years of Experience managing complex campaign workflows and working through ambiguity.3+ year of experience partnering with cross - functional team members and supporting executive leadership. 5-7 years of experience with Project Management skills to help streamline and improve the process as well as ushering campaigns through the pipeline.Travel is up to 10% for PI Planning Meetings.This is a remote / 100% telework position.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
