Critical Pursuits Director – APAC

In line with our growth strategy, the Buildings + Places (B+P) Global Business Line is seeking a B+P Critical Pursuits Director, APAC to support capturing major new business opportunities across the region. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, client account managers and technical teams to develop winning strategies, coach high-performing teams and deliver exceptional client outcomes.How you’ll make a difference Lead capture strategy across key opportunities, including win strategy development, proposal leadership and client positioning.Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners, deepening AECOM’s presence in the market.Champion excellence in technical leadership, commercial insight, innovation, ESG integration and digital approaches.Mentor and develop capture and pursuit teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and high performance.Contribute to strategic business planning, market growth initiatives and enterprise-wide collaboration across regions.Model AECOM’s values and behaviours, creating an environment defined by integrity, safety, quality, innovation and shared success.
