Your role will start within our Adelaide CBD office, where you will be trained by our experienced team, who will teach you everything you need to know! You will be up-skilled in multiple systems, communication techniques and other learning materials to conduct your role confidently. From there, you will answer inbound calls where you will handle customer enquiries, represent, promote and sell a wide range of Telstra products and services. What you need to know:Work a hybrid model (mix of WFH and in office) and/or a 9-day fortnight after 3 months in the role – the choice is yours!A starting base salary of $48,000 plus Super and a Monthly Incentive Structure, base increases to $51,000 post probation.Our customers need us around the clock, so this role works on a roster across Monday – Friday between 7:30am – 6:30pm (shifts are 7.6 hours)This is a Full-Time position5 week training program in a supportive environment Why work with TSA?Our #TSAWays are what we are all about.
