Member Services Representative- Teller

Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Handle requests from members. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services. Provide excellent service to all credit union members.Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Specialized knowledge including Credit Union Experience, Banking Experience, or Cash Handling required. Cash Handling, Member Services, and/or Customer Service Experience required. 1-2 years Credit Union or Banking Experience preferred. Professional certification preferred.
