Job Summary:One World Technologies, Inc dba TTI Power Equipment, has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for aTrade Compliance Analyst.The Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for the administration of customs compliance programs and processes for TTI Power Equipment through the alignment and implementation of U.S. Customs and divisional standards.We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation and holidays.Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with all relevant trade related laws and regulations while enabling the business to achieve objectives

Perform other duties as assigned

Manage a diverse workload which may include changes in priorities and responsibilities.

Post Entry audits of all Customs Brokers

Assist in developing Export compliance program

Manage local (HTSUS) Harmonize Tariff Schedule classifications for components and finished goods; submit database and required documentation to appropriate parties

Manage Broker requests to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all entries submitted to Customs

Assist in overseeing Value Reconciliation Process

Create local work instructions and provide related training

Assist with implementing and maintaining Duty Drawback program

Assist with the internal auditing of all import/export activities

Collect, audit and issue NAFTA Certificates; ensure compliance with NAFTA regulations.

Support TTIPE personnel in the areas of import and export

Assist with C-TPAT processes and maintenance; including but not limited to internal audits, portal maintenance, manual updates and training

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics or related field, or equivalent work experience

Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) preferred

Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification a plus

5 years' experience performing complex trade compliance related activities

Deep knowledge of tariff classifications and country of origin determination

Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Customs import and export regulations and Incoterms

Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel using formulas such as vLookup, concatenate, and pivot tables and Access

Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work throughout the organization
