Project Manager

Reporting to the NSW Project Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the acquisition, design, construction and delivery of new sites to the business. The key requirements are working with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring they are informed, engaged and have appropriate expectations throughout the course of the project.As a Site Acquisition Manager, your tasks will include, but not be limited to;Working with an external Property Agency and the company’s partners to identify and secure new tenancies for the business.Compiling site assessment reports for suitable opportunities to present to stakeholders, illustrating how the site meets the brief.Seeking all approvals required for the site to be delivered to the  business including planning approvals and building quotes.Managing the cost, schedule, resourcing, subcontractor deliverables and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.Securing building contracts with Principal Contractors to complete the fit outs efficiently and on-budgetCommunicating status of sites and focus areas of the project to wider team and all relevant stakeholders, both internal and externalSupervising and coordinating work performed by external contractors Leading the wider project team, building and maintaining effective working relationships with technical professionals, project team members and stakeholders, acting as a conduit between the project team and the day-to-day business Demonstrating high-level project management skills using a pragmatic approach to any issues that arise Ensuring compliance with TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines at all times
