Local HVAC and Plumbing service company looking for an experienced dispatcher.
We have an immediate need to fill a spot on our team with a highly motivated and dedicated individual. Excellent communication skills by phone, email and/or text is required for our fast paced service company.
This role will require the candidate to possess the ability to navigate through our automated scheduling platform and provide immediate service to our customers by taking very proactive and resourceful steps.
This is a challenging position that requires great organizational skills in order to provide a great customer experience.
