For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T) is looking for a Senior Information Management Analyst out of Charleston, South Carolina to support Airplane Paint Support (APS) operations.As a member of our team, you will be providing production critical services and solutions to the Boeing Company that are used in the design, manufacture and support of our products. You will coordinate with business partners to understand business needs and define requirements. You will utilize internal and external resources to fulfill requirements with appropriate data, including capture, conversion, organization management, and distribution solutions. Additionally, you will monitor supplier performance to ensure business partner satisfaction and service level agreements are met. And, you will integrate with engineering and manufacturing disciplines across Boeing to identify and implement improvements to our processes and tools.A successful candidate will have excellent technical and problem solving skills and be able to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Additionally, a successful candidate will have demonstrated a high level of dependability, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem solving and organization skills.Position Responsibilities:Participate in activities to define, document and validate business partner requirements relevant to configuration control, data management, data distribution and storage

Consult with business partners on innovative and cost effective solutions for current and future requirements by leveraging industry knowledge and strategic partner capabilities

Provide oversight of production supplier performance to ensure that service delivery requirements are met

Develop, document and implement plans and processes to ensure products/services meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control

Provide guidance for processes, policies and procedures, enterprise standards and best practices.

Collaborate with business partners to ensure that Boeing contractual delivery requirements are met

Provide access to engineering information/data resources and services

Represent the company as the spokesperson on current and future processes supporting engineering metadata, products and services

Develop processes and audits criteria to monitor performance, cost projections, billing accuracy and metrics

Partner with IT on requirements gathering, implementation, training and administration to improve engineering distribution systems

Lead enterprise system teams on application testing

Develop and maintain technology and repositories for delivery of products and services

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience performing data management

7+ years of experience, skill, and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data

Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Ability to work in a team environment and work independently

Experience interfacing with engineering and manufacturing disciplines

Experience working directly with suppliers and/or supplier management

Excellent written/ verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service

Proficient in structured problem solving such as Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

Experience in project management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
