TitleImageNow ManagerOverview of PositionImplementation Specialist are responsible for bridging the gap between content management team and the business (Revenue Cycle Management/RCM) determine requirements and deliver recommendations and reports to Director of software engineer.This would include design, support, and maintenance of ImageNow. Which includes creating and maintaining workflows, user(s) set up, hosting, and training calls, and analyzing and troubleshooting issues.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?ImageNow support and maintenance
Manage a diverse ERM team remotely
Work with RCM TES Operations to define projects and delivery dates
Assigned specific group off RCM offices to support and maintain building productive internal/external working relationships.
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of support issues.
General instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Prior experience supporting document imaging applications in clustered environment

What are the requirements needed for this position?Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
ImageNow or equivalent experience with ERM (electronic record management) systems with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Manage support team with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Knowledge of windows server
MS Office Suite
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Application/Desk top support
Training using Webex or/and MS teams
Windows OS Server patching
Server and storage back up
