National Account Manager, Residential Energy EfficiencyNational Products TeamRemote | East Coast or Midwest Preferred Job Description: We are seeking a candidate to provide support for ICF’s residential utility programs by providing national account management support. The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of a variety of accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, supporting multiple teams and projects. The National Account Manager will gain exposure to various types of energy efficiency products and projects, interacting with a team of professionals to provide best practice solutions to our clients. This position will provide an opportunity for you to apply your academic knowledge; develop relationships with many retailers and manufacturers (many Fortune 100 companies); gain exposure to many utility clients through major projects across the organization; contribute to the evolution of processes and efficiencies; develop an understanding of both the industry and utility business environments and priorities; and build content knowledge and consulting skills. What you will be doing:

Working as part of the National Products Team to provide support for the implementation of residential energy efficiency products programs for utility clients

Facilitating the execution of contracts and invoice processing with retailers and manufacturers

Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking and reporting

Relationship building with retailers and manufacturers, serving as a liaison and between those contacts and ICF

Communications with Program Managers to understand programs, share information from industry, and implement program changes

Solving quantitative and qualitative problems

Identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvement

Assisting in the preparation of internal, industry, and client presentations

Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to leadership as needed

Some (minimal) travel to industry meetings will be required

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in (Business, Economics, Sciences, Policy, or related subject)

2+ years of experience working at retail or with utility programs

1+ years experience with relationship management

What we would like you to have:Ability to prioritize and multitask with excellent time management

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse team; this will support ICF’s utility teams across the country

Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communications skills

High level of attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients, partners, and vendors

Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions
