Must have current lead line saute' experience.
Looking for a reliable lead line cook who can assume a supervisory type role in a busy Island restaurant.
We are locally owned and operated since 1986.
Join our team helping us execute our seafood centric menu.
We use quality ingredients featuring local produce and the freshest fish we can find.
We have a great steady business and generally close between 8:30-9:30 -ie; no late night hours!
Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen.
Organization, and attention to detail is a must. Mastery of basic cookery require. Must be consistent and able to butcher/ portion fish.
Line cooks pay is above average.
pm shifts/easy parking
