We are seeking an experienced RVT/LVT to work part-time (average of 20-30 hours per week) at our team-oriented veterinary clinic. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited college and have at least one year of experience as a veterinary technician. Experience with Cornerstone is ideal, but not required. Applicants should have a flexible schedule during the week and must be able to work weekends (Saturday mornings and occasional Saturday pm and Sunday am/pm treatments). We are looking for a special individual that is not only proficient in technical skills such as drawing blood, running labs, placing IV catheters, performing dental cleanings, surgical monitoring, etc., but embraces our compassionate care methods, which include gentle, low-stress handling of our patients and professional, considerate, and genuinely caring attitudes toward our clients.
We are a smaller practice with a large clientele. One of the most common comments we get from our clients is that we all seem so happy to work here - and we do! We value each other as team members from our veterinarians to our kennel technicians. We get along extremely well and are looking for an outstanding technician who is excited to become a member of our work family.
