Many of our cleaners have been in the same roles in the same buildings for too long and they have grown complacent and lazy. They aren't doing the job perfectly every single time the way they are paid to do. For that reason I'm looking for some new talent. I don't care if you decide to work directly for us as employees or as a 1099. But if you are a 1099 you'll need to have your own insurances. We clean buildings of all types and sizes.
