Our Property Management Company is looking for a dynamic, customer service-oriented Property Manager for our property in the Charleston Area with at least two years of experience of direct property management and in a supervisory role.
This integral role will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution and oversight of all community operations including the annual business plan (budget), management, marketing and maintenance programs, IT operations, policies and procedures and human resources functions to achieve maximum profitability and goals consistent with operational objectives.
