Your day-to-day:

Leadership:

Drives business results by maximizing daily sales plans and productivity goals and improving KPIs through active coaching on the salesfloor

Demonstrates a personal track record of success in sales goal achievement, as well as influencing team goal achievement

Builds effective partnerships with team, Store Manager and field/corporate partners through consistent communication, teamwork and respect

Sales and Service:

Role Models company selling expectations and actively works to foster customer loyalty through proactive clienteling

Promotes joyful customer experiences by sharing expertise on cooking, baking or entertaining

Utilizes training tools and resources to educate self/team on product, improve selling skills and achieve business goals

Operations:

Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet customer and business needs

Ensure store standards are met and maintained (i.e. in-store cooking demonstrations, visual merchandising, cleanliness, signage, safety, etc.).

Perform basic operations activities including cash handling and reporting, price changes, merchandise handling, and open and closing duties

Requirements:

Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.

Flexibility to work days with some weekend and evening shifts.

Ability to lift and mobilize items, up to 25lbs.

REPORTS TO: Store Manager
