Your future duties and responsibilities: Future duties and responsibilities:As a member of the CGI Federal's Management Consulting practice, you will be part of a team delivering OCM services to clients and rapidly growing our OCM practice across CGI.• Support the development and delivery of OCM projects• Support the expansion of CGI's Management Consulting Organizational and CM Practice• Develop communication materials for various channels, and assist in developing video-based communications including scene design and script writing• Work with both internal and external partners to define messaging, collect feedback, and refine messaging to promote the importance of OCM• Collaborate with training development to identify and rollout curriculum, course content, course sequences, and organizational sequence• Collaborate with Graphics Designers to build powerful, noticeable, and positive messaging; Collaborate with Instructional Systems Designers, Application Developers, and/or Systems Engineers to improve end-user features• Participate in formal and informal forums (e.g., program reviews, status updates, reporting, and interviews)• Coordinate communications events with clients and internal OCM teams• Communicate with partners and end users directly, and through In-Process Reviews (IPR), the Project Knowledge Management (KM) Portal, and other channels• Assist in maintaining the OCM project Organizational Plan

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: An interim Secret clearance is required to begin working onsite with our client, and a Secret clearance must be maintained throughout the project duration. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of professional experience, with 3-6 years demonstrated experience in: OCM approaches, tools, and techniques, communications; organizing training on both change and technical aspects; evaluation and reporting of progress; working with partners at all levels• Additional experience in organizational assessment, design, and development; performance management; business process improvement; federal human capital; and/or customer experience management• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing• Experience in analyzing and reporting metrics on OCM or communication events• Ability to both support external client and internal CGI Federal initiatives• Familiar with supporting an OCM practice to drive growth

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:• 2+ Years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, TFS, Trello, Rally etc.) for issues tracking, Traceability Matrix, automated workflow, Risk Management, Metrics and Reports, etc.• 2+ years of experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Service Now, SharePoint,• Experience working with various self-service business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, etc.• Understanding of basic technical processes such as version and source control, software testing, application security etc.• Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $95,000 - $130,000."
