Vacation Rental Company is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly productive Handyman to join our maintenance team. Must be able to handle a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision. Job is located on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands.
Requirements:
Must have own tools — including a wide range of hand and power tools for general repairs
Must have a reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred)
Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
Must have strong attention to detail and high productivity
Ability to handle light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance
Must be punctual and professional in appearance and communication
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with vacation rentals, residential maintenance, or property management work
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
Basic knowledge of HVAC, appliances, and irrigation systems a plus
Flexible schedule availability - Weekends Required.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate or per-job pay (based on experience)
$65,000 a year
