- Configuration and maintenance of the GL, FDM AP .BI/AR domain in Workday
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday with external applications
- Coordinate system implementations and releases, upgrades, enhancement packages, custom module build-out, and process design.
- Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base, maintaining and supporting integration delivery.
- Responsible for overall performance and availability of integrations.
- Implementation support, Workday optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications.
- Determine strategic needs, define functional and technical specifications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- At least 5+ years of Workday core ERP functional experience
- Proficiency in configuration maintenance of the GL, FDM AP .BI/AR domains along with familiarity with projects and other financial domains
- Strong understanding of Workday environment management, release management, configuration best practices, and deployment methodologies
- Ability to identify gaps in business requirements, including a strong ability to ask the right questions to fill in gaps
- Exposure to application architecture, development and integration practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with end-users and rapidly provide solutions based needs
- We do not expect this resource to be technical or be able to code but familiarity with integrations and reporting is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
