Our company is a growing Commercial Construction Firm. We provide construction management and general contracting services for our clients, who range from commercial real estate developers to business owners. We are currently seeking an individual for a Construction Estimator position. This individual will be primarily responsible for collecting, evaluating and preparing construction costs with a final goal of producing a budget or a contract bid on all commercial construction projects. There is a genuine opportunity to grow within the company.
The Construction Estimator will report directly to the Construction Operations Manager. The Construction Estimators main task is to complete all cost/project estimating for Montgomery Construction. The work environment will consist of the companys office, and your own home office, if needed. You will also be required to travel to construction job sites, meet with clients at various locations, and work in high-pressure situations facing strict deadlines.
