PROVIDE COMMUNICATION ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION ON THE STATE/STATUS OR RELEASES IN-FLIGHT.• FACILITATE PHASE GATES FROM TEST THROUGH DEPLOYMENT TO ENSURE IMPLEMENTATION READINESS AND RELEASE STABILITY.• CREATE AND MAINTAIN RESOURCE PLANNING/CAPACITY MODELS.• DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ACROSS ALL PROJECTS.
