Job Description: The Identity and Access manager will be accountable for designing and implementing privilege access management activities within identity and access management processes for internal personnel including provisioning, DE provisioning. They will also serve as a visible champion of access management and help communicate best practices.The leader must also seek to continuously improve and design, develop, implement, and monitor appropriate metrics to maintain quality and efficiency.The person in this role will oversee these activities and look for opportunities in eliminating manual work through various means; automation, security posture reporting, self-service and partner engagements. Accountable for refining and achieving / exceeding service level objectives while maintaining zero audit exposures. Engaging with the IT and business stakeholders in determining appropriate use cases for privilege access; Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve their access issues, onboarding new platforms, and supporting business and IT initiatives. This person is expected to learn emerging technologies and resolve any issues involved in integrating new technologies with existing systems. They also work closely with senior management in aligning business objectives with the strategy for technology.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in working in a highly matrixed environment, work well with ambiguity, and will be a self-starter with a growth focused mindset. Ideal candidate will have experience in Roles Based Access and recognized as an innovator and someone that can bridge technology and security to enable our business while ensuring our data is adequately protected.Strategic team development and talent management is also a key area of accountability. Promoting, facilitating, and coaching career growth and raising employee engagement levels are among the responsibilities.Major Opportunities and Decisions:The person must be customer service oriented. Privileged access management provides support to internal users and developers. The manager must enable the team to support users with various use cases and approaches to standardize privilege access management across the organization.They must be willing to learn how to work with new technologies and how they integrate with our privilege access management systems (CyberArk) and our corporate access management system (SailPoint). The manager will ensure resources are available and trained for support.The Privilege Access team is the first point of contact for any privilege access related issues for users. Failure to have a detail oriented, customer service driven colleague in this position will result in lost productivity and possibly lost revenue. The manager must understand business landscape and business impact of the work being performed.Qualifications

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent customer focus to support a positive customer service climate, is a must
  • Excellent analytical skills to properly plan, test, and fully implement security related interfaces
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative and achievement oriented
  • Proven experience in building, leading and growing team members and track record on support of Inclusion and Diversity

Required Skills:
  • On-boarding and day to day operations experience with CyberArk and SailPoint is a must
  • Broad identity and access experience, being able to champion key concepts (“least privilege”, “role based access”) and continuous improvement
  • IAM processes and systems including Active Directory, LDAP, TIM/TAM, RACF, Sail point strongly recommended
  • Process improvement methodologies or project management a plus
  • Experience working closely with IT partners to design and implement automation
  • Experience working closely with HR, IT and business partners to develop new processes and manage/improve existing ones
  • Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Mainframe systems and various databases
  • Knowledge of cloud environments and Office 365 required

Education and Experience: Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and two year’s work experience as a people manager. Five+ years in IT process/operation functions. Self-starter who can quickly learn new skills, highly disciplined and has a passion for excellence.
