- On-boarding and day to day operations experience with CyberArk and SailPoint is a must
- Broad identity and access experience, being able to champion key concepts (“least privilege”, “role based access”) and continuous improvement
- IAM processes and systems including Active Directory, LDAP, TIM/TAM, RACF, Sail point strongly recommended
- Process improvement methodologies or project management a plus
- Experience working closely with IT partners to design and implement automation
- Experience working closely with HR, IT and business partners to develop new processes and manage/improve existing ones
- Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Mainframe systems and various databases
- Knowledge of cloud environments and Office 365 required
