Summary Through effective, professional Customer Relationship Management, consults with customers to understand their needs and how CPSS' services may identify and address their business problems/opportunities. Provides comprehensive research and analysis as well as leadership on individual and team work assignments, making decisions independently with some guidance from manager. Recommends creative and effective solutions for complex business problems or opportunities at line-of-business level. Directs the activities of other staff members on their team in topics such as, project management, direction, and analysis. May participate in the training and career development of staff. May assist department managers in day-to-day operations of the department. Description

• Conducts in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of key cross-functional business processes within a specific business unit to provide business managers with critical data to make key tactical decisions.

• Identifies, researches, evaluates, and quantifies all aspects of a business solution or opportunity. Consults with corporation's managers from front line supervisors up to vice presidents engaged in design, development, communication, and implementation of said business solutions or opportunities.

• Conducts a comprehensive analysis that synthesizes disparate information, both internal (cross-business) and external (industry and competitive). May consult with customers in recommending a strategic solution to complex business issues/opportunities.

• Consults and collaborates with all levels of management (to include senior level executives) in facilitating and leading teams in providing analysis on industry, business trends, and key operations/functions to solve business problems and maximize opportunities.

• Manages one's own tasks in projects, a project team and/or leads multiple projects. Works with customers to negotiate and manage deadlines based on the requirements of the business. Determines, sets, and executes best direction in addressing business issues or opportunity by facilitating communication within business units.

• Directs activities of other staff members on their team on topics such as project management, direction, analysis. May provide guidance/leadership to staff pertaining to training/department initiatives. May assist department managers in day-to-day operations of the department.

Required Work Experience: 4 Years Related work experience in organizational development, business analysis, process improvement (e.g. six sigma, reengineering), corporate/strategic planning, financial analysis, business systems analysis, business development, market/industry research or management of a business operation, in any business setting, including I/T.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree Any Major or 4 years of related work experience (e.g. organizational development, business analysis), process improvement (e.g. six sigma, reengineering), corporate/strategic planning, financial analysis, business systems analysis, business development, market/industry research or management of a business operation, in any business setting including IT.

Required Training: PAHM certification within 1 year of hire.

Preferred Work Experience:

Over four years of project leadership experience working for an external consulting firm and/or dedicated internal consulting team in the healthcare field.

Over four years leading enterprise program and project initiatives.

Demonstrated experience providing project leadership on a broad spectrum of projects across all lines of businesses by leveraging the following:

Leverage project management best practices to create and manage project, communication, risk management & change management plans.

Create and communicate effective project status reports for various stakeholders.

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements .

Strong mindset to understand current challenges/opportunities and offer new, different, and compelling perspectives that lead to action.

Drive Change and Results:

Experience creating well thought out approaches and plans to drive execution and make change in an organization.

Passion for enhancing and utilizing industry/market knowledge that can be applied and can be impactful.

Influencing and Facilitation:

Ability to create an approach and foster an environment that allows for effective engagement, exploration of ideas, and decision making that leads to high quality solutions and commitment to goals.

Demonstrated professional presence and ability to appropriately command a room of senior level employees.

Effective written and verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to win support and champion ideas from ideation through execution.

Adaptability:

Ability to utilize emotional intelligence to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt and succeed in a highly matrixed/complex organization.
