Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of comparable work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft .NET architecture and development
- Sound MS SQL skills
- VB or C# experience required
- Gathering and analysis skills required
- Experience with Windows server
- Full stack development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Ability to weigh various suggested technical solutions against the original business needs and choose the most cost-effective solution
- May require evening and weekend work in order to respond to support production software systems and some on-call needed
- SSIS/SSRS skills are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or, other related field OR equivalent work experience
- Participate in analyzing functional requirements, identify inaccuracies, and inconsistencies
- Understand and use design standards and guidelines for designing applications and software modules
- Use Microsoft development tools, such as Visual Studio, VSTS, and SQL Manager for software development
- Ensure application quality by implementing appropriate automation testing tools for unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing
- Help maintain existing systems in production by analyzing performance and taking action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with manager and business owner
- Proactively devise methods to improve performance of applications
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being stored and processed
- Evaluate interrelationships between application components and ensure no unintended changes are introduced in to the system
- Maintenance and production support of existing applications
