Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- CCNA or CCNE certification required
- 5-7 years of network experience
- Experience with:
- Cisco routers/switches
- Palo Alto firewalls
- F5 load balancing/firewall
- Meraki wireless access points
- Ensures that new infrastructure products are implemented in accordance with company requirements and industry best practices
- Ensures network security, including proper configuration measures prior to device deployment, as well as retroactively on production systems in accordance with MARS-E standards
- Reviews configurations on existing network infrastructure
- Reviews and changes existing network infrastructure
- Troubleshoots and resolves infrastructure issues with guidance on resolving end-user issues
- Provides knowledge transfers to existing staff
- Documents network infrastructure
- Assists with daily operations on infrastructure management
