75% remote - Report onsite the first day and report for any meetings, trainings and or equipment maintenance. Due to the role the selected individual will need to report onsite. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ONBASE CERTIFIED SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (OCSA). ONBASE CERTIFIED WORKFLOW ADMINISTRATOR (OCWA). SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Ongoing project to enable DSS to better secure, manage, implement, and maintain the OnBase environment. This position will impact the agency's ability to meet federal guideline and program initiatives. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior OnBase Administrator will collaborate with business and technical leads to ensure appropriate delivery of technology solutions (architecture, configuration, administration, workflows, and documentation) in accordance with requirements and objectives. Monitors health, usage, and overall compliance of the OnBase environment, to ensure secure services with minimum down time. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline existing processes through automation while ensuring quality. Create system design documents and architectures. Exercises considerable latitude, discretion, and independent judgment in determining technical objectives of assignments. Participates in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different team members to drive towards root cause identification and resolution. May include investigating complex issues from a total customer picture (e.g., infrastructure, client device, application, and service). Documents, tracks, and escalates issues as appropriate. Designs, develops, implements, and maintains projects according to requirements - that accommodate changing business priorities and technological changes while providing availability, scalability, performance, recoverability, reliability, and security. Works with project teams and customers to plan, document, oversee and/or assist with migrations of other solutions into OnBase. Manage and prioritize multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously. Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated. Provide after-hours or weekend maintenance as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS: OnBase version 18 or greater - 2 Years OnBase version EP5 - 6 Months OnBase System Administration - 4 Years OnBase Workflow Configuration and Design - 4 Years OnBase Document Import Processor - 4 Years OnBase Unity Forms - 4 Years OnBase User Support - 4 Years Excellent customer service skills. Hands-on experience with at least 2 large-scale OnBase implementations Hands-on experience with at least 2 OnBase major version upgrades Windows Server administration - 1 Year Microsoft IIS administration - 1 Year Ability to deliver on time and follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified Highly self-motivated, responsible, organized, proactive, result-oriented, and attention to detail. REQUIRED EDUCATION: HS DIPLOMA
