Position: Salesforce Administrator Location: Only 100% remote (Columbia, SC) Duration: 6+Months Or Fulltime Job Description: The Salesforce Administrator will lead the application and user support of our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud deployment. The successful candidate will have a record Of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement Of Our CRM platform.

  • Service as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
  • Stay updated on Salesforce new features, releases and best practices
  • Handle application administrative functions including user account maintenance, Process Builder, reports and dashboards, workflow and other routine task
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Work with our organizational product teams to establish suitable processes that support administrative, development and change management activities
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and application development teams
  • Train peers on Salesforce administrator practices
Prior experience with Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud highly preferred
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification highly desired
  • Understanding of data quality and design; demonstrated ability to meet deadlines; handle and prioritize simultaneous request; creative and analytical thing with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level
  • information into details, and distinguish user request from the underlying true needs
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Financial Services industry experience is a PLUS.
