NOTE: Position can be located in any of the East Region statesPrimary responsibilities: Create unique planning strategies often using programming tools due to data size and scope; present results to leadership when needed. Responds to market needs for automation and works directly with market POCs on development. Proficiencies in SQL, python/R or preferred higher level language, Agile/scrum principles. Use of GIS systems and understanding availability of GIS data within AT&T for mapping, geocoding, polygon and/or area level analysis. Presentations created with GIS mapping tools often shared with leadership and/or markets. Represent the region and work alongside HQ and development Labs teams to create/promote national and market level tools. Automation and tooling assists in planning, design, optimization and overall efficiencies across markets requiring high level of cross RAN discipline understanding. Strong RAN background desired with deep understanding of build plans, iPLAN, PACE, RMAP, ATOLL, and RAN network strategies.We expect employees to be honest, trustworthy, and operate with integrity.
