We offer a very laid back kitchen environment (not the typical craziness of a restaurant setting.) We are a gourmet home meal delivery service which focuses on high end meals, prepared daily, fresh, delivered locally to businesses and individuals. We know what we're cooking days in advance - so prep and packaging is very straight forward.
Hours are typically 7/8am starting - 1/2pm Monday through Friday (20-30 hours weekly). Hourly pay of 10.00 (if using your vehicle we reimburse fuel expenses). Must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
The Chef/Owner is professionally culinary trained at both C.I.A. Napa Valley and Le Cordon Bleu. Someone who can provide a lot of guidance but wants you to think for yourself and be creative. We never cook the same thing twice and our menu's depend on what's in season that week. We also provide very custom meal plans for our clients - PALEO, Low-FODMAP, Vegan, Atkins, etc. We even work with Collegiate and Professional Athletes. This is a great place to have fun, work hard, and grow.
Looking for someone who's willing to work, listen and learn, must have reliable transportation which can hold soft sided coolers for delivery (to start you will be using your own vehicle - or ours if you carry full coverage insurance.) (SUV/Van or hatchback is best) and look presentable - you'll be interfacing with our clients at times so presentation, accuracy, manners, NON-SMOKER and cleanliness are paramount.
It's possible to pick up more hours if you have kitchen/prep experience, but we are ONLY LOOKING for a delivery person currently.
