Looking for new workers to start daily until all positions are filled
SDJ Services, a commercial General Contractor located in the midlands, is looking for qualified applicants to fill a position for various levels of employment from skilled operators, to CDL drivers to entry level construction laborers. SDJ Services Inc. works in the commercial construction industry. We are a small efficient company that focuses on value added construction in both small turnkey general construction as well as large scale infrastructure projects.
Applicants will be expected to be able to work in tough environments as well as fill any additional needs from landscaping to general maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Although this position is entry level there is a certain expected level of experience including:
Must be able to lift 80lbs.
Must have working knowledge of common hand tools.
Must have reliable transportation (Including valid driver's license)
Must be able to consistently be on time for work shift from 7am to 6pm Monday-Friday.
Must be able to work in a challenging work environment and accept direct supervision.
We will also consider applicants with additional experience. Pay will be based on experience but minimum pay starts at $17/ hr. Some additional experience would include:
Managing a jobsite
Equipment operator
Welder
Any trade experience such as plumbing, HVAC, Electrical etc
Beginning Rate for a probationary period of 30 days is $17/hr., after that period a raise may be determined based on experience and performance.
