Job Description:
- Coordinate scheduling and availability with office manager
- Communicate any updates or anticipated changes in job scope with office manager
- Maintain a professional appearance while performing scheduled work
- Maintain tools and supplies in a professional manner
- Ability to solve common cleaning challenges quickly
- Drive personal vehicle to and from assigned job sites
- Upload photos, invoices, and information requests promptly after job completion
- W2 employees will be provided all necessary uniforms, chemicals, and consumables
- 1099 contractors will be required to acquire and maintain all necessary tools, chemicals, and consumables.
Requirements:
- 1 years minimum experience
- Presentable and Reliable transportation that you will be use to drive to each job.
- Professional appearance.
- Professionally maintained equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check.
