I own a company called Coastal Woodworks specializing in handcrafted dining tables. We are looking for an extra shop hand to help us fulfill orders.
Experience in woodworking is helpful but not necessarily required. However, experience with tools is required.
Job includes everything from building to sanding furniture.
Must:
-be Reliable
-be presentable
-have a clean record (we do background checks and drug testing)
-work well with it others
-be physically able (job requires lifting heavy pieces from time to time)
-have a relatively open schedule during the week
This job will start in training at about 20 hours a week at $9 an hour for training.
After two weeks we will evaluate if we’d like to keep you on board and pay will increase to $12/hr at about 30 hours a week.
