I need a South Carolina licensed attorney to handle mortgage refinance closings. Each closing takes about 40 minutes plus prep and drive time. Jobs are at different times Monday through Saturday and conducted from outside the Borrower's home. Ideal for solos, starting practitioners or attorneys with flexible schedule looking to make extra money.
There is approximately 3 hours of training just to get familiar with the documents and signing requirements. We are very busy and looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
