Experienced full-time paralegal needed in a small firm located in Lexington. Serious inquiries only, please.
Job Responsibilities include:
Answering the phone and taking messages
Filing, retrieving files from on-site storage
Copying
Preparing mail to be sent out
Running errands such as going to the post office, bank, filing documents with Court
Word processing such as drafting pleadings, discovery and correspondence
Client Confidentiality
Preferred requirements:
Typing Skills at 65 WPM
Notary Public for the State of South Carolina
Ability to lift and move 20 lbs.
Professional attitude and appearance
Paralegal Certificate or actively pursuing a Paralegal Certificate
Experience transcribing dictation helpful
Non-smoker
References required.
