The office building is on the corner of Assembly and Calhoun. We have recently taken over this 40,000 square foot building and looking to get tenants in asap. Building had been abandoned for years, and desperately needs to start to be used again, so client traffic can be generated. We are real estate law firm, and are looking to lease out other firms and businesses we can collaborate with, i.e. other non-real estate practicing law firms, accountants, lenders, realtors, markers, and other types of financial businesses.
