New marketing director for established real estate law firm that is moving its headquarters to Columbia. New office is located in Downtown Columbia. Initial stage will be to quickly generate new clients for law firm, by multiple means. Individual needs to be independent, self starter, experienced, think out-of-the-box kind of person. Much of the marketing ideas and content will need to come from you. After initial stage, individual will eventually, hire a team of marketing professionals, and help us run a statewide firm. This position is definitely a growth type of job. The more leads you can generate, the more business we can do, which gives us the ability to grow, and giving us the ability to promote you. The sky is the limit. Looking for individuals with real estate experience, perhaps already has worked with realtors, lawyers, bankers, etc. Experience with Wordpress, Graphic Design, and other marketing apps. You will need to be comfortable with getting on the phone, and making cold calls. Will need to be able to go to events and gatherings, and promote the firm. Grass roots campaign in the beginning. This is not a sit down and wait position. You need to be strong individual who does not take no for an answer.
Starting wages is $15/hour, and medical benefits after 90 days. Bonuses are also available as goals are met. Hours can be flexible, however, looking for 30 to 40 hours a week.
