Oliver Gospel Mission is a non-profit organization that has been ministering to the poor and needy in the Midlands of South Carolina since 1888. The Mission is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Food Service Assistant.
This is a full-time position, non-exempt position. It requires experience in cooking for groups of people and a culinary sanitation certification in compliance with DHEC standards; or willingness to attain certification. It has a primary responsibility to assist operations of the kitchen and meal preparation. Must be able to stand for long periods of time to perform job duties.
