Job duties will include faxing and calling doctors' offices to get necessary forms for approval for the patient's needs. This also includes contacting patient to help them make a decisions best fit for their needs. You will be responsible for inputting patient data and updating file as necessary. You will be in contact with other members of the company to be sure patient's needs are completely satisfied.
Minimum Requirements: Knowledge of typical office equipment including fax machines, printer, multi-line phone system, shredding machine, and sending and receiving emails.
Skills: The ability to work within a team, problem solving skills, and customer service.
