P/T Maintenance Technician needed
Prepares or assists in preparing all vacant apartments to a make-ready condition
Performs various maintenance functions. Record activity in maintenance log. These functions may include, but are not limited to: Minor Carpentry, Light Bulb Changes, Caulking, Filter Changes, Painting, Lock Repairs, Minor HVAC Maintenance, and Preventative Maintenance
Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
Performs on-call emergency service as required
Moves heavy objects as requested
Assists in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
Must pass background screening
30 hours/per week
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
One to five years verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc.) is required.
Valid drivers license
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
