The Scrum Master provides a single point of contact for all Scrum team related activities and information with respect to applications or products assigned to the Scrum team. The Scrum Master must possess the ability to understand, translate, and apply Agile concepts into effective business processes at AgFirst. An effective Scrum Master is able to make the transition from concept and principles to effective behavior based application of leadership skills that support the line of business products, different business models, and technology architecture / environments unique to specific lines of business Requirements:
- Mixed background of Project Management, Business Analyst, Scrum Master Experience
- Financial Services Background
- Managed IT Projects
- Worked within technical environments
- Managed Scrum Teams
- Ability to communicate both to stakeholders
- Scrum Master Certified/PMP
- Ability to plan and present to leadership
- Facilitation Skills- Drive discussion and create accountability on deliverables
- Statement of Work Experience - Cost, Delivery, Scope
- Azure DevOps (Tracking Mechanism)
