Licensed journeyman or master - working Foreman needed for new construction assisted living projects.
Must be capable of reading plans,communicating with builder, inspectors and office to help oversee job.
Other duties include overseeing Top-Out crew, Trim crew,ordering material and verifying work is completed on time.
Top Pay
Must have minimum 5 years experience in new construction apartment type work!
