Need courier/driver for pickup and/or delivery sometimes in local area but also to drive to locations in SC/GA/NC. Driver will need vehicle with proof of ownership/registration/insurance and cellphone, to work as an independent contractor on call. Smartphone, or GPS capable device, is needed.
Scope of work may include pickup/drop at airports/hospitals/businesses/residences. Items delivered may include computer parts, telecom parts, printed material, and medical supplies.
Must have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Driving record, have ability to handle packages up to 70 #, and have some driving experience. Most all vehicles size/capacity is acceptable. A small handtruck is recommended.
Jobs offered can be random and occur day/night/weekend. Regular availability for casual, on call, assignments is necessary. Almost all jobs are sameday but some require completion the following day.
Drivers will average over $20.00 per hour. Driver is responsible for all operating expenses (1099 will be issued).
Drug screen may be required.
