(1) Background/Introduction
Clover Valley is a manufactured home community located at 1421 Gilbert Drive, Florence, SC 29506. The community has 61 homesites on roughly 15 acres of land. The community prides itself in providing clean, safe and affordable housing to its residents. While the community presently has formal trash service in place and a formal landscaping service in place, we have additional need on a regular basis for loose trash, litter and junk pickup to compliment existing trash and landscaping services.
(2) Scope of Services
Clover Valley is seeking the services of an individual or company that can "tidy" the community on an as needed basis and monthly recurring basis. Anticipated tasks would be the collection of loose trash and litter in the community and transfer of the same to the community dumpsters and the occasional collection on hauling of other larger items (e.g., couches, tables, appliances, bedframes, etc.) to the Florence Co. landfill. Selection of a qualified provider for these services will be made to a responsive and responsible provider based on the best value and professional capability.
(3) Anticipated Selection Schedule
If you have interest in submitting a proposal to become our service provider in this regard, please submit all required information/documents as set forth below on or before this coming Wednesday, November 13, 2019 for consideration.
(4) Required Information/Documents
Please submit the following to be considered:
(a) A proposal for what you will charge on a per-trip basis to collect trash/litter in the community and transfer the same to the community dumpsters.
(b) A proposal for what you will charge on a per-trip basis to collect and haul-away larger items in the community to the landfill.
(c) A proposal for what you will charge on a monthly basis to do all of the above each week during a month.
(d) A proposal for what you will charge on a monthly basis to do all of the above twice per month.
(e) A certificate of insurance showing sufficient CGL insurance coverage for the services requested.
