About the Role
Small, 20-lot mobile home park seeks a reliable local assistant to handle basic on-site tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Collect rent (in person and/or via drop box/app as applicable)
Coordinate move-ins with home movers and utility hookups
Post notices when required
Walk the park to ensure common areas look clean and tidy
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors (mowing, trash, minor repairs)
What We’re Looking For
Based in or near Marion, SC or nearby (local applicants preferred)
Dependable, organized, and comfortable with light admin and field work
Clear communication and basic smartphone skills (photos, texts, calls)
Reliable transportation
Contract Type
Independent contractor (1099). No benefits.
