We are currently seeking a responsible individual to fill a position of Fire Sprinkler Foreman & Fitters.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience managing (forman level) fire sprinkler crew
Must be able to work out of town on a regular basis
Working knowledge of wet, dry and pre-action sprinkler systems, and fire pump systems a must.
Ability to manage installation fitters and helpers at job site
Self motivator with limited/no supervision required
Ability to interpret blue prints and architectural drawings
Responsible for installation of CPVC and steel systems in residential and commercial buildings
Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet or more.
Display professional appearance
Weekly complete and submit time reports and other documents as required.
Knowledgeable with NFPA 13.
Must maintain appropriate documentation for the work performed
Ability to interact and communicate in a professional and positive manner with other trades, customers, project managers, county officials, general contractors, etc
Demonstrate positive team work and ability to be a team leader and mentor
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Complete projects in a timely manner while providing the highest standard of quality work and customer satisfaction
NICET certification is a plus
Valid and clean driver's license required
Must pass a drug screen and criminal background
