Bonus Transportation Inc., a family owned and operated company since 1979 is currently seeking drivers to add to our Dedicated Southeast Perdue Farms Account.
Account services Perdue Farms in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama
(Some loads deliver to Monterey Tennessee or Cromwell, Kentucky)
Dispatchers and staff that are comprised of mostly ex drivers
Afternoon/Evening departures from Perdue locations (must be willing to run at night)
Return directly to Perdue location when empty
100 % No Touch freight
Drivers are home weekly. Typically out 6-8 days then 2 days off. (You pick your time off)
Drivers average 2000 - 3000 miles per week
Pay is .50 per mile loaded and empty
o Mileage bonus $.01 per mile for everything over 30,000 miles per quarter (that is only 2500 miles per week average!)
15.00 stop pay for any additional pickups or drops (after the 1st)
Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance (after only 60 days)
We pay $50 for every No Violations FoundĀ inspection
6 paid Holidays
Vacation pay after 1 year (pay equals average of 52 weeks)
Phone app. enables the driver to easily and quickly transmit BOLs after delivery
Paperwork transmitted by 16:00 Tuesday is paid on Friday of same week via direct deposit
o We Do Not hold back checks
Top drivers earn $1600 per week
Paid weekly via Direct Deposit
Paid detention time
Orientation is one day at our Apopka location where you will get your assigned tractor
24/7 On Site Dispatch
Equipment
o Assigned tractor
o Speed set at 68 MPH
o 10 speed manual transmission
o PeopleNet ELD and Communication system
o EZ Pass
o Florida SunPass
Refrigerated trailers
o Use either Bonus or Perdue trailers
o 30% drop & hook / 70% live load
Driver Requirements
2 years OTR experience
Valid CDL A
Reefer experience preferred, but not required
No DUI
Acceptable MVR
NO FELONIES
Acceptable CSA history (PSP report)
Must be able to read, write and speak English
