S killset / Experience: Reporting to our Digital Insights Manager, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate with data visualization and willing to learn new tools & expand their skillsets. She/he will leverage Power BI & data analytics tools to analyze customer data, demographic, financial, competitive data, and industry trends to provide prescriptive reporting, analytics and insights. This person must be a detail oriented strategic thinker with the curiosity to find the "why" behind the data and a drive to be impactful. The position provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across the Enterprise and exposure to many business teams with the ability to make recommendations for helping shape the growth of the company.

Who You Are• Help and assist our clients and partners internally to realize their full potential through accelerated adoption and productive use of our company's capability to provide modern solutions for agile data delivery to empower people. • Support business partners in their projects not limited to building predictive and prescriptive models • Learn the business by meeting various stakeholders • Goes beyond the surface and highlight root causes using statistical, economic, financial and business concepts • Complete ad-hoc projects as requested by manager • Participates in process and continuous improvement • As a Sr Power BI Developer, you will successfully employ a combination of high technical expertise, client communication and coordination skills between clients (clients - internal teams). • You will be doing ad-hoc analysis on a day to day basis.

Requirements/Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT, Computer Science, Math, Engineering another related field • Experience in dashboarding for business applications • Mindset to fit the 3A model: Agility, Adaptability and Ability • Data wrangling, data modeling, and data visualization with Power BI • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel • Analytics/Visualization tools - Alteryx, R, Python or QlikView is a plus • Ability to connect the dots, look at the big picture and get into the details if necessary • Works well under deadlines, self-starter, innovative, team-oriented, and customer-focused, out of the box thinker • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization • Entrepreneurial mindset
