We’ve built our team of top professionals by rewarding their accomplishments and ensuring they have what's needed to succeed.Our Default Servicing team engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies.This job will be the primary owner of Bankruptcy Servicing Setup team. Responsibilities include the monitoring and processing of new filing, conversion, and reinstatements notices for Bankruptcy Servicing. In addition this department is responsible for maintaining and updating our Attorney, Court, and Trustee Headers within our system of record.Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large team of bankruptcy analysts, leads, specialists, and/or ops processors. The Bankruptcy Manager 2 may oversee first level supervisors.Duties may include:

Supervising workflow and quality of bankruptcy setup activity

Working with management team to identify problems and improve bankruptcy efforts

Communicating company and unit policy, procedures, and practices

Making employment decisions and setting performance standards

Training and coaching staff

Writing and conducting performance evaluations

Performing budgetary, product and/or business case analysis

Researching/analyzing special projects as assigned

Responsible for day-to-day application of, and adherence to, the Bankruptcy Code

May work independently with significant latitude

Position may have operations and bankruptcy responsibilities.

4+ years of financial industry experience

1+ year of management experience in the financial industry

Desired Qualifications:

Basic Microsoft Office skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
