S killset / Experience: As a Lead Business Analyst for Corporate IT - Source to Pay, understand business process analysis, design, and management, and related IT requirements partnering with our GSM(Global Supplier Management) business unit. Drives the definition, optimization, improvement, and approved changes to new and existing business processes. Ensures IT solutions meet user's business requirements. Provides delivery of training and training material as required.

Key Activities: • Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives • Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgets • Works with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional/technical specs • Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process • Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met • Leads both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; Seen as the go-to for subject matter expertise by leading day to day activities • Provide guidance to team members • Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy • Build relationships and provide technical guidance to assigned Business Unit or Function • Leads small to medium scale IT Transformation initiatives

Technical Skills? • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management tools? • Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments ? • Functional knowledge of:? • SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing with implementation experience is required • Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, MM and idoc handling is a plus • Supplier Portal? application knowledge a plus • CLM-Icertis, Blockchain, and other Source to Pay applications a plus • Basic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business priorities

Education/Experience • Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience, or • Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience. • Experience with Ariba Buying and Invoicing is required • Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem-solving skills • 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • 0-3 years of leadership experience a plus
