Project Coordinator - Hybrid Location: Charlotte Metro/Fort Mills, SCDuration; 12 Months + Contract to Hire

NO Subcontracting / NO C2CJob Responsibilities:Support Project Managers in executing proper controls to proactively support, monitor, and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs, labor hours, and quantities for projectsSupport the Financial Manager in the development and maintenance of periodic status reports to keep management and/or client informed of project progress. Assist in updating accounting systems.Works with IT Purchasing and Project Managers to ensure purchase orders and invoices are aligned to the correct project budgets.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment. Will be able to prioritize work and be a self-starter.Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field required; however, a combination of education and relevant experience adequately demonstrating the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the position’s duties and responsibilities is acceptable.

Prefer 2-5 years as a project analyst in project centric business

Advanced spreadsheet skills using excel to organize and manipulate data to enhance decisions (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.)Data Entry, Data Reconciliation, Cost CalculationsExtraordinary attention to detailAbility to work closely with others to meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillAny experience with Salesforce or Similar Experience with ServiceNow or other Project Portfolio Management tools is preferred.
