Responsibilities will include:
Leading, overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management in order to deliver business value.
Managing one or more projects at one time potentially with durations of greater than 1 year.
Following project methodology and insuring projects are prepared for Adherence Reviews. Responding to Adherence findings to insure project compliance.
Influencing and negotiating with stakeholders and project team(s), including senior management.
Developing communication plans and adapting messages based on audience and knowledge of business.
Providing timely escalation of risks, issues and concerns to the project team, project sponsor, business and/or technology partners as appropriate.
Managing project financial forecasts, analyzing variances and insuring accurate financial reporting.

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation
Desired Qualifications:
Clarity experience
Experience working in a large enterprise environment
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of home lending or consumer lending
Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Agile experience
This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
